Spring Mountain “Touch the Terroir”

Sommeliers and wine merchants from throughout the nation converged on Spring Mountain in October for the district’s “Touch the Terroir” crush camp, an educational program that conveyed the nuances of Spring Mountain’s wines.

Seventeen wineries and vineyards allowed attendees to participate in hands-on experience in harvesting and crushing grapes, fermentation, punchdown and other aspects of winemaking.
